Service Agreement

1. Subject of Agreement

This agreement defines the terms of service provision by the Otack Pages platform (hereinafter — the Provider) to the user (hereinafter — the Client).

2. Services

The Provider grants access to the platform for creating websites using AI, including generation, editing, export, and deployment.

3. Payment

The cost of services is determined by the selected pricing plan. Payment is made through WayForPay or Monobank. The subscription does not involve automatic charges.

4. Refunds

Refunds are possible within 14 days of payment if the services have not been fully used.

5. Rights and Obligations

The Provider undertakes to provide platform access according to the selected plan. The Client undertakes not to use the platform to create illegal content.

6. Force Majeure

The parties are released from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached — in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
