Payment & Refund

1. Subject and parties; acceptance

These Payment & Refund Terms govern the financial relationship between Goup Space Sp. z o. o., ul. Hoża 86/210, 00-682 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0000932799, REGON 520583134, NIP 7011061440 (the Operator, "we", "us"), and any User who purchases an Access Pass on the Platform.

These Payment & Refund Terms form part of the Terms of Service and incorporate by reference the Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of these Payment & Refund Terms at checkout is required before any purchase is processed.

2. The Access Pass — model

The Platform is offered on an Access Pass basis: a one-time payment grants paid-tier access for a fixed period of either 30 calendar days or 90 calendar days, depending on the option selected at checkout.

There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no automatic charge on any stored payment method. Access does not roll over and the Operator never re-charges the User without a new, explicit purchase.

On expiry, the Account is downgraded to the free tier; the User may purchase a new Access Pass at any time. Existing projects remain subject to the 30-day inactivity cleanup described in the Privacy Policy §7.

3. Payment provider

Payment processing is provided exclusively by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2, Ireland, under Stripe's own terms available at https://stripe.com/legal/end-users.

The Operator acts as the merchant of record on the Stripe checkout.

Card data is collected and processed solely by Stripe; the Operator does not receive, store or process card numbers, expiry dates or CVV codes.

4. Currency, prices, taxes and invoicing

All prices on the Platform are stated in United States dollars (USD). Card charges are made in USD; the cardholder's bank may convert at its own rate and fees, for which the Operator is not responsible.

For Users who are Consumers in the European Union, VAT is applied to the price where required under the Polish VAT-OSS scheme (u.VAT Art. 28k and Art. 130a). For Users outside the European Union, VAT may not be charged depending on the User's country of residence and applicable rules.

A PDF e-invoice is generated by the Operator and made available to the User after confirmed payment, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 17 December 2010 on electronic issuance and storage of invoices.

Buyer details (full legal name and registration data for an Entrepreneur; name and address for a Consumer) may be requested at checkout for invoicing purposes.

5. Activation and term

The Access Pass is activated immediately upon Stripe's confirmation of payment.

The Operator records the User's consent to immediate provision and to the loss of the right of withdrawal (see §6) at the moment of activation, including the timestamp and the exact wording shown to the User.

The Access Pass's 30-day or 90-day term begins on activation and ends at 23:59 UTC on the corresponding calendar day; on expiry the Account is downgraded to the free tier.

6. Right of withdrawal and waiver (Consumers)

A User who is a Consumer would normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance-concluded service contract under the Polish ustawa o prawach konsumenta (UoPK) Art. 27.

For digital services and digital content, this right is lost where the Consumer (a) expressly consents to immediate provision of the service before the 14-day period elapses and (b) acknowledges that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal, in accordance with UoPK Art. 38 pkt 13.

The Operator therefore captures both declarations as two separate, non-pre-ticked check-boxes at Stripe checkout and records the timestamp of each declaration on the Order record. The wording of the two check-boxes is:

  • "I request immediate provision of the digital service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends."
  • "I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal once provision begins."

The check-boxes are mandatory and the order does not proceed until both are ticked.

This Section is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service §12.

7. Refunds, AI credits and cancellation

Outside the statutory consumer-protection cases referenced in §6, an activated Access Pass is non-refundable, including for the unused remainder of the 30-day or 90-day term.

Used AI credits and used platform tokens are non-refundable under any circumstances; no compensation is owed for the consumed portion. The unused portion of any add-on AI credit pack is refunded only where mandatory law explicitly requires.

Where the Operator suspends or terminates an Account for a material breach of the Terms of Service, the User is not entitled to a refund of the activated Access Pass; mandatory consumer-protection rights remain reserved.

For approved refunds, the Operator returns funds via the original Stripe payment method within statutory deadlines.

8. Trial / demo phase

During the demo phase, the Operator may offer free trial access to paid-tier features at its discretion.

The Trial is free of charge, generates no payment obligation and is non-refundable.

The Operator may change, restrict, suspend or discontinue the Trial at any time, without notice and without compensation.

The Trial does not convert into a paid Access Pass automatically — to continue with paid-tier features after the Trial ends, the User must explicitly purchase an Access Pass.

9. Price changes

The Operator may change the price of an Access Pass at any time.

A price change does not affect an Access Pass that has already been activated; the Pass remains valid at the price paid until its term expires.

New Access Passes purchased after the effective date of the change are billed at the new price.

10. Complaints, ADR and contact

A User may file a payment-related complaint by e-mail to info@pages.otack.eu within 30 days of the issue. The Operator considers complaints and responds within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with the Polish ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną of 18 July 2002 Art. 8.

For consumer disputes, the EU online dispute-resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr under Regulation (EU) 524/2013.

For payment-card disputes, the User may also use the chargeback procedure available through their card issuer; the Operator reserves the right to contest chargebacks where unjustified.
